"We can’t say enough great things about Dr. Hilton. He is our family doctor. He genuinely cares, takes the time to listen, and has a special way of making you feel like you matter. He also sees our son who has severe autism. Our son adores him. Dr. Hilton is patient and truly takes the time to understand him. If I could give him 1,000 stars, I would. Five just isn't enough."

Dr. Hilton has always been driven by curiosity, especially when it comes to how the body works, how lifestyle shapes health, and how movement supports longevity.
Born in Iowa and raised in Indiana, he went on to study Nutrition Science at Purdue University before attending medical school at A.T. Still University in Kirksville, Missouri. He completed his family medicine residency and later a sports medicine fellowship at Metro Health Hospital in Grand Rapids, graduating in 2015.
As both a family physician and sports medicine specialist, Dr. Hilton values care that considers the whole person: mind, body, movement, and lifestyle. He enjoys working with patients of all ages and stages, and he has a particular passion for supporting athletes and active individuals through injury prevention and recovery.
Outside the clinic, you’ll find him staying active - usually on a bike or in the gym, experimenting with healthy recipes, or enjoying live music. He and his wife are parents to three children and love being part of the West Michigan community.
